Not to exaggerate, but this is the worst cargo service we've encountered in Singapore.
The office team is ok, but the pick-up team with the filipino guy has a black mentality, he was late to arrive & when we mentioned it he said we should push our box to the street side -we said its too heavy & the typical pick-up/collection is for them to collect from the house. This guy in his cowardly character could only mumble behind our back, when he was exposed to be in the wrong.
You know what he did, the box had numerous punctures & knife stabs which damaged the food stuff inside & even leaked in the box.
Please beware when you engage this cargo company, they have a dark mentality & have no issues damaging your hard earned materials to send to your family.
Needless to say me and our group if friends have not engaged A-Freight because of this cowardly shameful incident.

Poor service .... 2 times sched of pick inconsistent they purposely dont wait the costumer to amswer their call and keep on charging 6 $ everytime thet cancel picked up. They too selfies doing this to.make more money

Very efficient services. Sent a parcel for my helper. Just call them and the box will be delivered to you. Once done packing they will come and pick up too.
Similar to other 1 star reviews: RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called their office in Lucky Plaza to clarify my payment in a nice way but the lady on the other end talked to me in the most disrespectful and condescending manner as if it was my fault that they made a mistake writing down the deposit amount. This is how they deal with their shortcomings, be rude and dismissive to their customers. You know, it is not big of a deal if you make mistakes because it happens, but your customer service is in dire need of training on how to be empathetic and professional with clients.
Shipping and handling is reliable but will never frequent Afreight anymore due to negative customer service experience.
I’ve been using Afreight for a decade and they never failed me but this time I’m quite disappointed. The lady I’ve spoken was rude so with the delivery guy and the guy that picked up my box but the most disappointing was it’s almost a month now and yet the tracking says waiting to dock. My box didn’t leave Singapore for 13 days. Its already been a week since reached Port and yet still waiting to dock. Not happy at all. Maybe it’s time to change cargo service?
Very very bad service! Irresponsible, arrogant and rude staff and Management. Not the first time that they have behaved in this way. Totally unfair to customers, afterall it is a PAID service ie not free nor charity. And not fair to the employers of the FDWs who are their customers, as well. I hope the relevant authorities will look into it soon. Please take feedback seriously to improve your service if you are serious about doing business in Singapore.
Bunch of scammers who lie about their costings, trying to make a quick buck here and there and expect you to go to their office for a refund. Its freaking 2022 and they only do refunds in cash smdh. I implore everyone who has been disserviced by Afreight to lodge a report to Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
